All packages include personal assessment, recipe research, meal planning, transportation,
grocery shopping, cost of food, preparation of meals, packaging, labeling and detailed heating instructions.
All entrees are packaged fresh for the refrigerator or freezer.

Meal Plans with No Side Dishes (Entrees Only) I started offering Entrees Only service when I was cooking for several vegetarian clients. It made little sense to prepare sides of vegetables, grains, legumes and starches when the entrees I was preparing for clients eating a vegetarian/vegan diet were basically made up of these same ingredients. When I presented this option to my non-vegetarian clients at a reduced cost, they "ate" it up. I save preparation time and you save money. We both win! This option is for people who don't mind mixing up a fresh green salad (with my dresssing of course), heating up some frozen veggies or baking a potato to accompany dinner.	Prices
